Avos Strength Expert Team in Fitness Conditioning

Our Evolution:

In 2012 Innervation Training was established. In 2023, we embarked on an exciting chapter in our journey. Innervation Training's name was officially changed to Avos Strength.

While our name has evolved, our core principles remain unwavering. We remain dedicated to empowering you with the tools and support you need to thrive, regardless of your age or fitness level. At Avos Strength, we celebrate the past, embrace the present, and look forward to building a future filled with strength, resilience, and unforgettable memories alongside you.

Avos Strength:

As a leading strength and conditioning company, we prioritize commitment, dedication, and excellence. We're committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals while providing a supportive community. Our name, "Avos Strength," stems from the Portuguese word "Avós" for grandparents. "Avos Strength," honors the resilience of Evelyn's grandmothers, who battled pancreatic cancer with remarkable strength. Their legacy fuels our mission to empower individuals to embrace their inner strength and live fulfilling lives.

Vision:

At Avos Strength, our vision is to cultivate a lifestyle where individuals embrace strength and conditioning as an integral part of their daily routine. We believe that training is not a solitary event but a lifelong commitment, a journey where you Train. Play. Repeat. Our vision is to empower you to thrive with strength, resilience, and enjoy life's pleasures, from excelling in sports and hobbies to creating cherished memories with your loved ones.

Mission:

At Avos Strength, our mission is to help you adopt a lifelong commitment to training, fostering a harmonious connection between your physical and mental well-being. We're dedicated to making training a part of your everyday life. Through personalized strength and conditioning programs, nutritional guidance, and a supportive community, we're here to help you achieve your health and fitness goals and to make training an enjoyable and sustainable habit.
